CRM Integration Terms

Last updated:

These terms are between you and Julian Wagner, trading as Deeplead, and cover the Deeplead marketplace app and its Deeplead Persona email conversation channel. They supplement our Terms and Conditions and apply when you connect or use the integration. These specific terms govern integration-specific matters; the main terms continue to govern your Deeplead account. The CRM Integration Privacy Policy explains its data handling.

Accounts and authorization

You need an authorized Deeplead account, a compatible CRM business account and a supported sending inbox. Connection and sending must be enabled before the channel can deliver replies. You must have authority to connect the accounts, access the relevant contacts and messages, and act for your business. You are responsible for your team’s permissions and for protecting your accounts.

The app is provided and supported by Deeplead. It is an independent integration and is not owned, sponsored or endorsed by your CRM provider. CRM and email services remain subject to their own terms, permissions and availability.

What the integration does

The channel imports eligible Deeplead email conversations into your connected CRM and lets authorized team members reply through the original sending inbox. Selecting Send authorizes us to process and deliver that reply and update its status. Sending a reply may stop pending automated follow-ups for that conversation. Review the message and intended recipient before sending.

This version requires Reply on an existing synced message. It does not support starting a new conversation, changing the original recipient, sending attachments, CC or BCC, or using OAuth-connected inboxes in this channel. A connected inbox must remain active and authorized. Delivery status may reflect acceptance by the email provider rather than arrival in the recipient’s inbox or the recipient reading it.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You remain responsible for your contact sources, message content, lawful basis for processing personal data, required privacy notices and any consent required to send messages. Respect opt-outs and applicable privacy, electronic marketing and anti-spam laws. App installation is not permission from your contacts to email them. Do not use the integration for impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorized data access, or to bypass suppression settings, access controls or provider limits. Our Acceptable Use Policy also applies.

Customer content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in your contacts and message content. You authorize Deeplead and the service providers needed for delivery to process, store and transmit that content to operate the integration on your instructions. This does not transfer ownership of your content. Rights in the app, software and brand remain with Deeplead or their respective owners, as described in the main terms.

Charges, cancellation and disconnection

Your Deeplead plan, usage charges and any separately agreed integration charges apply as disclosed in your order or checkout. Your CRM and email providers may charge separately. Installing the app does not replace those subscriptions. The main terms govern Deeplead payments, renewals and refunds; these terms do not create a new price or free-service entitlement.

You may revoke or uninstall the app in your CRM’s connected-app settings. Contact support@deeplead.io to disable the Deeplead connection and review pending sends. Uninstallation does not cancel your Deeplead subscription, pause separate outreach campaigns or disable independently configured contact syncing. Manage those services separately.

Disconnection does not automatically delete stored records or copies in your CRM or email accounts, and cannot recall email already handed to a sending provider. Follow the deletion instructions in the integration privacy policy for data removal.

Availability, suspension and liability

Sync and sending depend on connected services, permissions and provider limits. Interruptions, delayed delivery and failed operations can occur. If a send has an uncertain result, check the original inbox or contact support before retrying to avoid a duplicate email. We do not guarantee inbox placement, response rates or uninterrupted third-party availability.

We may suspend integration access when necessary to address unauthorized use, a security risk, legal requirements or a breach of these terms. The main terms’ liability limitations and dispute provisions apply subject to mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and support

We may update the integration to reflect service or provider changes and will communicate material changes through appropriate account notices. Contact support@deeplead.io for setup, delivery or disconnection help. Do not send passwords, access tokens or client secrets in a support request.
